What information should I include in my inquiry?

At minimum: what kind of plush, approximate quantity, target deadline, and any reference images, sketches, or character sheets. The more detail you share, the more precise the quote — and the faster we can start designing.

Do you charge for quotes or design mock-ups?

No. Both are free. We only start charging once you approve a sample and place a confirmed production order.

Do you offer samples? Are they free?

The first physical sample is included with a confirmed bulk order. Standalone samples (before order commitment) are usually charged at sample cost plus express shipping. Email us for a sample quote.

Can I supply my own fabric, or do I need to choose from yours?

Both work. We stock 30+ standard fabrics across our materials library, but if you have a brand-mandated fabric, we can source it or use your supply. Just mention it in your inquiry.
