StarDream Toys provides custom plush toy manufacturing services, including OEM and ODM production of personalized plushies, bulk stuffed animals, and eco-friendly plush toys. Our website serves as an informational platform for our custom plush products, capabilities, and soft toy manufacturing services. Product images, descriptions, and specifications on the website are for reference purposes and may differ slightly from actual custom plushies produced.

3. Orders and Quotations

All quotations provided through our website or via email are estimates for custom plush manufacturing and subject to change based on final design specifications, materials, order quantity, and other factors. A formal order is only confirmed upon mutual agreement of a written purchase order or contract for your bulk stuffed animals or personalized plushies, including price, quantity, delivery terms, and payment terms. Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per custom plush design, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Shenzhen StarDream Toys Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. We respect the intellectual property rights of our clients ordering custom plushies. All custom plush designs, patterns, and molds created for clients remain confidential and will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

5. Product Quality and Compliance

We are committed to manufacturing plush toys that meet international safety standards including EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, and CE. Our quality control process includes inspections at multiple stages of custom plush production. Any quality concerns with bulk stuffed animals or personalized plushies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for your custom plush order are specified in each individual purchase order or contract. Standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment of bulk plushies. We accept payment via bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed upon for wholesale plush manufacturing.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines for personalized plushies and custom plush projects are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity, quantity, and shipping method. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms for bulk stuffed animals. Risk of loss and title for custom plush products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB terms) unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shenzhen StarDream Toys Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or custom plush manufacturing services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our soft toy production shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our custom plush toy manufacturing shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms for custom plush services.
